Day-to-day of the role: Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client calls, assisting with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring clients receive excellent service at all times. Account Management: Set up new client accounts, manage online platforms, and ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date. Product & Order Management: Update product listings on websites, process client orders, and make adjustments as necessary to reflect product changes or order requirements. Internal Administration: Maintain internal filing systems, support administrative tasks for the Customer Service team, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and our warehouse team. Order Management: Set up standing orders for both new and existing customers, ensuring efficient order processing.
