Special needs ta (pmld)

PMLD TA - Chester:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support children with SEN at a school near Chester. This is a full time position to start in February. You will be required to support children with PMLD on a 1-1 basis and administer personal care.

Although experience working with special needs in a school setting is preferred, any personal or professional experience supporting complex needs is what actually matters in this role to care and nurture for the individuals.

Position Details:

* Full time/Part time: Full time only
* Minimum Rate of Pay: £85 per day, depending on experience
* Start date: Feb 2025
* End date: Ongoing

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

* Personal or professional experience supporting complex needs
* Up to date Safeguarding certificate within the last year (desired but training can be provided)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
