The Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
* Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred.
