£20 - £30 Per hour
Responsibilities:
* Provide academic support and guidance to Key Stage 2 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in an outreach setting (their homes, care home or local library).
* Develop and implement individualised educational plans tailored to students' specific learning requirements.
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and communication with agency.
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience working with SEN students.
* Understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
