Payroll Administrator – Part-Time (16 to 24 Hours Per Week, Flexible Schedule)
Total Accounting is an established, forward-thinking accountancy firm providing a full finance function to businesses. We have been in business for over 20 years, and our payroll services are now expanding to serve non-clients. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.

About the Role
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator who has comprehensive payroll knowledge, not just experience running payroll software. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.
You will be working with BrightPay Bureau and will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our growing payroll service. There is also potential to become involved in other areas of accounting and finance within the firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing payroll for a diverse range of clients with accuracy and efficiency.
* Managing payroll deadlines and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
* Handling payroll-related queries from clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
* Keeping up to date with changes in payroll legislation and ensuring clients remain compliant.
* Assisting with other accounting and finance-related tasks where required.
