Job summary Granville House Medical Centre are looking to expand and have an opening for an experienced part-time Health Care Assistant to join the team. Working independently and collaboratively with our clinicians, and strictly in accordance with practice guidelines and protocols you will assist in the provision and delivery of excellent patient care. It is essential that the post holder has excellent communication skills and a patient centred approach. You will be heavily involved in the long-term management of our patients with varying needs and will have a proactive role in providing treatment, education, preventative care and health promotion. Regular hours may include a regular extended access clinic outside of core hours, so flexibility is required.
