Description Duties and responsibilities: Work closely with the business Assess business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions Design, configure, test, and deploy technical solutions Act as a technical expert and keep the Workday ecosystem up to date Provide end-to-end configuration for new locations and acquisitions (requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and training of HR staff) Implement changes and ad hoc fixes on existing configuration Provide end-user support through Service Now on various Workday related topics Requirements/ Skills Very strong expertise in Workday HCM Modules Strong understanding in HR processes Stakeholder management Advanced analytical and technical skills Ability to work under pressure independently Self-driven and proactive Certificate in any of the Workday HCM Modules or relevant experience Fluent English
