About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join an established HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR practices and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and relevant policies. This role involves working closely with the Director of HR and HR Adviser, as well as liaising with the SLT Committee to review and enhance volunteer recruitment and selection processes. Key Responsibilities: Implement HR practices and ensure compliance with employment legislation and relevant policies. Collaborate with the Director of HR / HR Adviser to review and improve volunteer recruitment and selection processes. Identify opportunities to align recruitment processes with the online recruitment system, enhancing user experience for managers and candidates. Work with the HR Adviser and the Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Team to effectively promote volunteer opportunities. Develop training and resources to equip and enable recruitment and selection panel members. Qualifications: Proven experience in HR practices and compliance. Strong understanding of employment legislation. Experience in volunteer recruitment and selection processes. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to develop and deliver training programs.
