To be considered for the the role you will require the following: Essential Criteria; EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND TRAINING Degree educated EXPERIENCE Audit, Governance Risk management ISO9001 and ISO27001 BCP and operational resilience Management of Nonconformities/OFIs Actions, Leadership Incident Management Complaint Management Policy Control and Management KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Governance Information Governance knowledge Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills. Excellent written skills. Competence in a wide range of IT systems (Visio, teams, share point, Excel, Word, power point). Ability to deliver to deadlines, work under pressure, manage own time, prioritise workload. Ability to problem solve. Ability to work autonomously and without supervision. Maintain status as ISO19001:2015 lead assessor. Implementing and maintaining and managing risk management framework with support from CN&GO. Compiling KPI reports in a detailed, timely and accurate manner. Planning and regularly conducting internal audits and reviews to ensure execution of compliance and regulatory standards. Planning and supporting external audits and supporting client audits Managing the CAPA database and providing detailed analysis of allnonconformities. Maintaining a register of all opportunities for improvements and continuous improvement projects Coordinate and facilitate completion of identified company quality objectives. Oversight, publication, and maintenance of policies and procedures, ensuring all functions are compliant with their ISO standards. Prepare reports for senior management and clients as appropriate. Completion of annual client compliance requirements (Operational Resilience, BCP Exercises, Security Questionnaires). Support all activities relating to CQC Registration and Compliance Ensure governance meetings and related data packs are accurate and reflect the meeting requirements. Ensuring appropriate management of compliance mailbox. Support the CN&GO in the development and delivery of training for Incidents, complaints and risk management across the business. Deputise for the CN&GO at meetings and in their absence when necessary.
