This allows you to effectively identify and select creators who align with our client's brand identity and audience. After selecting the best creators, you'll reach out to them directly to discuss collaboration details and agree on fair pricing. Your approach is all about creating mutually beneficial partnerships that respect both the creators' contributions and our clients' objectives.

What You’ll Do
* Identify and document UGC creators whose style, audience, and content align with the brand guidelines and demographic requirements of differing clients.
* Manage a comprehensive database of UGC creators, monitoring engagement metrics, content quality, and demographic reach to optimize creator-brand fit.
* Negotiate terms and coordinate collaboration details with creators, balancing creative freedom with client-specific objectives and KPIs.
* Ensure smooth logistical coordination of influencer packages and track content delivery to maintain campaign timelines.
* Provide creators with detailed briefs that reflect each client’s brand voice and marketing goals, ensuring content coherence and quality.
* Analyze the performance of UGC campaigns, using data to refine and improve content strategies and creator partnerships.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams, integrating UGC into broader marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI.
What You’ll Bring
* At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or UGC content sourcing, demonstrating a successful track record in high-engagement campaigns.
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills, able to negotiate and maintain productive partnerships with content creators.
* Strong project management abilities, capable of managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* A deep understanding of social media dynamics and audience engagement strategies across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and others.
* Familiarity with analytics and database management tools, proficient in tracking and optimizing creator performance and outreach effectiveness.
