The Organisation The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, including rare habitats, historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. We are now looking for a Head of Policy and Secretariat to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role As Head of Policy and Secretariat, you will lead a small central team responsible for policy, governance, and supporting our decision-making processes. You ll play a pivotal role in shaping our external policy direction, advising the CEO, Chair, Trustees and senior leaders on political, reputational and governance matters. You will attend and minute Trustee Meetings and, acting as secretary to the Executive Committee, you will lead the secretariat function and ensure decision-making structures are robust, transparent and aligned with regulatory and charitable objectives and requirements.
