Lead multi-disciplinary team meetings encouraging all staff to take a proactive approach to managing workload Proactively seek feedback from patients and their families during their attendance on the standard of care they have received. Ensure processes are in place to facilitate effective communication with all disciplines, patients and relatives. Be responsible for using an appropriate and varied approach for resolving complaints and issues at a local level in partnership with patients, carers, their family and other health care professionals.
