IT Sales Executive
Requirements
1. Research, identify, and generate new business leads in key sectors (SMEs, healthcare, property, education, etc.).
2. Present and promote DCM’s IT solutions to potential clients through calls, meetings, and virtual demos.
3. Understand client needs and tailor service packages accordingly (Managed IT, Cybersecurity, CCTV).
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
5. Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
6. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
7. Attend networking events and represent DCM professionally.
8. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth service onboarding and handover.
9. Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs aligned with company goals.
10. Provide post-sale follow-up and support for client satisfaction and upselling.
