This role will require you to work across both the Trentham and Denby sites,with at least 2 days per week at each site. What you will be doing: You will ensure the 4 Weekly Planning Process is adhered to, Load vs. Capacity is balanced and understood by the Plant team, in addition you will: Ensure Delivery plans are maintained for the medium term in SAP, identifying future risks and mitigation actions. Governance of ERP Compliance and Inventory Planning / Forecasting. Planning changes to parts (e.g. Production Introduction and Transfers) in line with Project plans such that appropriate Customer protection is in place. Provide the business with changes to Customer and Financial metrics through simulated scenarios for a group of parts in line with Planning Models and toolsets. Supporting SORB response and Business Reviews Meetings. Good IT skills essential – predominately Excel and SAP. Experience of working in an operational manufacturing environment would be beneficial. An understanding of load and capacity planning. Experience of Production scheduling, WIP management and Inventory control. Understanding of Product Introduction processes and their interaction with Manufacturing.
