If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a Personal Assistant for our Chief Financial Officer, our Group Finance and Legal teams.
Your Role
You will play an integral role in providing efficient and effective PA support to the Chief Financial Officer and senior leaders with our professional services teams. You will lead on activities such as managing the CFO’s calendar, monitoring correspondence, preparation of reports and presentations, and handling sensitive and confidential information. There will also be an opportunity for you to lead on activities which will enhance the efficient operation of the CFO’s areas, which will support you in developing your existing skills.
You will collaborate and liaise with senior leaders and colleagues across the organisation, monitoring activities to ensure the timely delivery of actions, so that the CFO is fully prepared for all commitments and meetings.
This role involves full diary and travel management and liaison with both internal and external partners.
What you'll bring
You’ll have proven experience as a personal assistant, ideally within a financial or professional services environment, able to build strong and effective relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels. You will be highly organised, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines. You will also be proficient in the range of Microsoft Office tools. High levels of discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
