We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on Head of Digital Marketing to lead digital strategy, e-commerce, and online brand presence for a well-established and growing hospitality brand. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering an exceptional digital guest experience.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director and working alongside the Head of Brand Marketing, you will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. This role involves close collaboration with an established digital marketing agency, an organic social agency, and an internal team member to ensure strong performance across all digital channels.
With ambitious growth plans, large-scale projects, and a new website in development, you will play a key role in evolving the brand’s digital ecosystem. You will work closely with leadership to drive innovation, optimize digital touchpoints, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a high-impact digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
* Oversee all digital marketing channels, including website management, CRM, paid media, SEO, and e-commerce.
* Work collaboratively with agencies and internal teams to optimize digital performance and drive measurable results.
* Utilize data analytics to track campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
* Ensure an outstanding online customer journey, from brand discovery to booking and beyond.
* Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations to enhance brand positioning and audience engagement.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce leadership role within hospitality, luxury, or related industries.
* Strong knowledge of multi-channel digital marketing, including SEO, CRM, analytics, and e-commerce best practices.
* Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through digital platforms.
* Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CMS platforms, and CRM systems.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
* Experience with hospitality technology platforms is a plus (e.g., Seven Rooms, OPERA, Tribe Spa Management).
* A proactive, make-it-happen attitude, ready to roll up your sleeves.
