I’m delighted to be supporting a well-known international organisation to recruit for an experienced IT Support Technician to provide technical support and system administration for their global IT infrastructure.
Please note, this role is based on site in Norwich 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for servers, networks, and users.
Perform daily system checks, maintenance, and administration.
Respond to security alerts and escalate incidents as needed.
Manage user accounts, ensuring MFA protection and timely setup.
Deliver user training and create training materials.
Collaborate with IT teams in the UK & US for knowledge sharing.
Stay up to date with IT technologies and best practices.
Adhere to company policies, including health & safety and equal opportunities.
Key Skills & Experience
Strong technical support experience in server and network infrastructure.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach.
Experience with MFA and IT security best practices.
Ability to work a variety of shift patterns, falling between 07:00-18:00. (38 hours per week)
