We are hiring for Full Time Certified Nursing Assistants!
We are offering a Retention bonus for FT positions of $12,000 which will be paid out in increments of $4000 at 6 months, 12 months and 18 months!
* CNAs earn $22.00/hour + Evening, Night and Weekend Shift Differentials!

What You'll Do:
As a valuable team member, you'll provide direct care to residents, performing essential nursing skills as directed by our experienced staff.
Requirements:
Current PA CNA certification is required.
POSITION SUMMARY:
To meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the residents based on the plan of care and instruction of staff and/or nurse.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Report at start of shift with pocket care plans/worksheet to receive shift report.
2. Prioritize care with co-workers in assigned neighborhood based on resident needs.
3. Regular attendance is an essential function.
4. Assist resident with the activities of daily living including but not limited to bathing, dressing, mouth care, toileting and transfers. Responsible for appropriate documentation of activities.
5. Inform nurse of any findings or observations while caring for resident i.e. skin tears, bruises, accidents, incidents, change in status.
6. Ensure competency by completing state mandated 12 hours of in-services yearly.
7. Awareness of safety hazards by maintaining a clean, neat and clutter free environment.
8. Maintain friendly, professional attitude with residents, visitors and staff.
9. Attend Resident Care Conference for neighborhood.
10. Assist with vital signs.
Experience:
Previous experience in a skilled nursing/long term care facility is preferred.
Professional Membership, Licensures, Certifications:
A graduate of an accredited Nurse Aide program is required. Current PA CNA license is required.
