Ardeta Search is partnering with a large property organisation based in Sheffield to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis.
The Accounts Administrator will play a vital role within the finance team, ensuring the efficient management of accounts while supporting the companys property operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of a well-established organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
* Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow management.
* Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Manage rent payments, resolve queries, and liaise with tenants and landlords.
* Handle accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
* Provide general administrative support to the team as required.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in an accounts or finance role, ideally within the property sector.
