Due to continued success and growth, Envisage Dental has an exciting opportunity for a Process and Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team.
Envisage Dental is a fast-growing dental group that specializes in buying high-quality private dental clinics. We are a B Corp certified group which started in 2014 by our Co-Founders, Husband and Wife team Harry Gill and Dr Sandy Dau. We are redefining group dentistry and believe in using our business as a force for good.
The Process and Continuous Improvement Specialist will be joining our newly formed People Team, reporting to our Chief People Officer who joined Envisage in March this year. The role will focus on building the culture and service we offer to our clinics in a scalable, progressive, and sustainable way as we grow.
Our vision as a People Team is to build a best-in-class service that we provide to our clinics through our Head Office (which we call “The Hub”). To do this, we need to always act with the end-user in mind, which are our dental clinics and the experience they can provide to their patients. Therefore, one of our critical activities as a People Team is to ensure that the systems and processes that we implement in “The HUB” are built to give our clinics the best possible experience and solve as many of their challenges as we can, in a simple and streamlined way.
As a Process and Continuous Improvement Specialist, your focus will be supporting the Chief People Officer in their organisational design activities, making sure the Head Office service we build is simple, streamlined, and delivers the best value.
Typical activities you’ll carry out in this role will be:
* Owning the process and continuous improvement roadmap
* Communicating your work and why you’re doing it across stakeholder groups
* Facilitating process mapping workshops with stakeholders to identify opportunities for simplification
* Mapping out new and existing processes to inform and educate your colleagues
* Connecting with the Chief People Officer and wider Executive Team to recommend and agree areas of priority for improvement
* Reviewing the current tooling and making recommendations for consolidation or alternatives
* Monitoring and tracking the effectiveness of the improvements being made and demonstrating ROI on the roadmap you’re building
These are the typical activities you’ll be involved in, but as we’re a scaling business there will inevitably be opportunities to diversify on projects and grow in your role.
Skills and abilities you will need as a Process and Continuous Improvement Specialist:
* Demonstrating a customer focus and acting with their interests at the forefront of your mind.
* Analysing high volumes of information with accuracy and speed, surfacing insight from it, and spotting opportunities for improvement within it.
* Using your judgement to make recommendations on improvements and what will drive the most value.
* Project management skills and the ability to lead an initiative from inception through to completion.
* Strong communication skills.
* Mapping processes in appropriate levels of detail. Knowledge of mapping tools such as: MS Visio, Figma, MS Excel, and others.

* Qualifications in, or the ability to apply knowledge of, Lean Six Sigma.
* Experience of automating processes using appropriate tooling, e.g. artificial intelligence.
* Acting as the ‘go-to’ person for your specialism, as this role will be the only one of its kind for now.
What Envisage can offer you:
* Hybrid working model - work from home.
