Nursing Home Manager - Lead a Team to Deliver Exceptional Care

As the Nursing Home Manager, you will take the lead in managing all aspects of the home's operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and creating an environment where residents feel safe, respected, and supported. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to maintain a person-centred approach, drive performance, and exceed care quality standards, all while promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
What we're looking for
Registered Nurse qualification (RN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Significant experience managing large nursing homes, with a focus on delivering outstanding care.
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, regulations, and best practices in nursing and dementia care.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
A compassionate, person-centred approach to care, with a passion for improving residents' quality of life.
Your day-to-day
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining exceptional care standards.
Lead and manage a large team of staff, fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and high-quality care.
Develop, implement, and monitor strategies that ensure the home meets the needs of residents, particularly those with dementia.
Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively to maintain financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, ensuring the home remains a trusted and valued community resource.
Ensure staff development through training, mentorship, and performance reviews, fostering continuous improvement.
