White Label Recruitment are currently working exclusively in partnership with a leading power transmission engineered product manufacturer who have an excellent reputation in the industry. They are now looking to take on an Area Sales Engineer to develop business and grow current accounts in the Midlands and South, targeting the industrial sector.
The Role
1. Bringing in new business and customers to the company as well as managing new and existing accounts in the area.
2. Visiting customer sites to understand requirements and discuss solutions using the product range.
3. Building and maintaining relationships with customers by offering brilliant customer service at all times to meet their needs.
4. Demonstrating and presenting customers with products.
5. Attending appropriate trade shows, exhibitions and conferences.
6. Reviewing sales performance.
7. Working towards targets.
8. Maintaining accurate records.
The Person
1. Experience selling products from the Power Transmission industry with a proven track record with products such as Bearings, Couplings, Gears etc.
2. Ideally looking for someone who has a proven sales track record within the Power Transmission industry.
3. Driven and ambitious, keen to learn and progress.
4. Possibly considering someone who has not done external sales but is keen to learn.
5. Full UK Driving license.
