Role Overview
Are you a dynamic, customer-focused professional with a passion for solving business challenges? We’re looking for a Solutions Sales Partner who can understand client needs, develop strong relationships, and craft tailored solutions that drive business success.
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll engage with prospective clients, identify pain points, and showcase how Dynamatix solutions can help transform their operations. If you have experience in consultative selling, relationship management, and a solutions-driven approach, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, analyse business challenges, and position Dynamatix solutions as the answer.
* Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in client organizations.
* Solution Design & Demonstration: Work closely with the technical team to create compelling proposals, demos, and presentations that showcase the impact of our solutions.
* Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
* Market Intelligence: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer challenges to refine sales strategies.
* Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional client experiences.
* Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to company revenue growth.
What We’re Looking For
* 2 to 5 years of experience in solution sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
* A proven track record of B2B consultative sales, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and align them with business solutions.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels and establish trust.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* High energy levels with a passion for driving business growth and engaging clients with enthusiasm.
* Experience in managing a sales pipeline and working towards targets.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
* Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales tracking and reporting.
* Knowledge of low-code, automation, or enterprise software solutions is a plus.
