Why are we hiring a Project Manager? We’re on the hunt for a PMO Project Manager as part of our company’s growth. The Project Manager is a highly valued role where collaboration and a superior team player mindset is non-negotiable. As a Project Manager (PM), your mission is to be the primary liaison for our customers and to provide leadership on projects to ensure success throughout the project life cycle. The PM will have overall operational responsibilities for leading the projects where the criteria for success includes managing scope, leading teams, tracking and reporting project status, and completing deliverables to execute the projects on time and within budget.

What are you responsible for?
1. Determine project scope, budgets, and timelines with the input and support from cross-functional team members. Track, identify, and resolve scope changes as well as communicate changes to the internal and external stakeholders.
2. Identify, assess and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
3. Creation and maintenance of comprehensive project plans to be shared with the customers.
4. Responsibility for conformance to quality procedures and end of month procedures, within the projects including the production of relevant documentation.
5. Organize and facilitate internal and external project meetings, including agendas and action items. Influence requisite follow-up and actions necessary as determined in meetings to include incorporating lessons learned into future planning.
6. Pro-active in identifying and promoting the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness when running projects.
7. Provide project updates to internal management and customers.
8. Review project hours monthly to ensure accurate time reporting and adherence to budgets.
9. Communication and reporting – maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Report and escalate to management as needed.
10. Produce top-notch written communications.
11. Entering weekly timesheets that enable and ensure the accuracy of the revenue recognition function.
12. Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
1. Experience within a Project Manager position, with a preference for Pharmaceutical, technical, or SaaS project management experience.
2. PMP/PRINCE2 desirable.
3. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
4. Proficiency with project management software and tools.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
6. Some familiarity of SDLC within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, including familiarity with 21CFRPart11 and Computer System Validation is a plus.
7. Creative self-starter and life-long learner open to new ideas and able to work with minimal supervision in a challenging, fast-paced technical environment.
8. Good project and people management skills.
9. Awareness of the quality requirements on Projects.
