Job Title: Deputy Compliance Monitoring Manager
We are a world-leading technology-led provider of specialised aerial data acquisition services.
This role is critical to ensuring compliance with UK and EASA Part 145 & UK Part CAMO regulations.
About the Role:
* Ensure internal audit schedules are managed and maintained to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Act as focal point for Compliance-related matters.
* Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Draft reports on Compliance Monitoring performance.
* Arrange compliance meetings and document inputs/outputs.
* Research regulatory changes and highlight them to relevant personnel.
* Manage departmental documents and spreadsheets.
* Amend company procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Capture and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
* Deputise for the Compliance Monitoring & Safety Manager (Airworthiness).
Requirements:
* Previous auditing experience.
* Experience working in Management Systems/Quality departments.
* 5 years of relevant work experience, including time within the aeronautical industry.
* Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Compliance Monitoring & Part 145/Part CAMO regulations.
* Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
