Job Description
Currently working with a client who is seeking a Service Administrator in the Southampton area:
Basic Salary – £21,000 – £24,000
Southampton Area *** Full Training will be given ***
Commercial Main Dealer
This is a busy and challenging role and covers a wide range of duties to include, whilst the list is extensive, it is not exhaustive:
1. Creating daily, weekly and monthly invoices
2. Invoice queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner
3. MOT and Service sheets for customer and following their order number system in line with their requirements
4. FM & Warranty systems and processes, including scanning jobs to FM depot at head office and dealing with any queries they need further information on
5. Using DMS and R2C computer systems
6. Raising Job Packs
7. Monitor stock parts, stock checks and ensuring parts are on jobs being costed
8. Texting jobs to invoice standard
9. Checking hours spent by technicians are correct and on the system / jobs.
10. Creating jobs for sub let invoices
11. Filing/Archiving
12. General Office duties
13. Other duties at management discretion
Basic Hours – Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm with ½ hour unpaid lunchbreak. Every third Saturday 8am to 12 noon.
Holiday – 20 day plus 8 Bank Holiday’s (Pro rata in first year), increases with service
