Job Scope:
We are looking for a Registered Manager who will support the provision of a high-quality service that meets both individual needs and organizational priorities, in accordance with available resources, and that complies with relevant legislation.
The Registered Manager will develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, peers, and functional colleagues throughout the company.
As a Registered Manager, you will provide support to existing Registered Managers in day-to-day operations, ensuring services meet the organizational requirements for quality management, health & safety, legal and regulatory requirements, environmental policies, and general duty of care.
The Registered Manager will demonstrate knowledge of current standards and regulations that apply to the service.
Working as a Registered Manager will provide you with the opportunity to develop and enhance your skill set through dedicated coaching from the talent team and give you the opportunity to help shape the service we provide and take the lead on trailing new ways of working.
Do you have?
* At least 1 years experience as a Registered Manager, preferably 2 years.
* Experienced at working with local authorities, families, supervisions, inductions, and training, as well as undertaking risk assessments, care planning, and reviews with multiple teams of relevant professional bodies.
* Current qualifications relevant to health and social care within the industry level 5.
* Experience effectively managing services with adults and young children with disabilities / challenging behavior.
* Full UK driving license.
