The Role
We are looking for someone to support us in conducting a role study over a 4–6 week period. This study will focus on the roles of our Registered Manager and Deputy Manager and aims to review how time is allocated across their responsibilities and identify blockers to productivity. The findings will provide practical recommendations for these roles, with the goal of promoting efficient ways of working and ensuring that our colleagues feel supported in their day-to-day tasks.
The study will involve:
Observing and documenting workflows and daily activities.
Engaging with key colleagues to gather their insights.
