An experienced Mail Machine Operator, who can setup and independently run a Bluecrest DI 2000 series and/or Intelmail Intelligent Inserter, reports to the Production Manager at MUFG Corporate Markets, and is a member of the Mail Insertion Team. They are responsible for setting up and processing mail output for lodgements to be sent via Australia Post and/or couriers.

* Successful project implementation. Production Manager assessment and feedback.
* Customer SLA achievement.
Operational Management
* Mail packs produced at the highest standard at all times using standard processing procedures.
* Record all downtime and hardware quality issues in the handover register and/or notify the Production Manager.
* Include details of all stock, job sheet, and production issues/concerns in the handover notebook, and notify peers and/or the Production Manager.
* Ensure sufficient daily stock and consumables to produce printed output in line with customer SLAs.
* Accountable for mail production output to meet SLA/SLOs.
* Cooperate with business needs according to roster and schedule.
Governance & Risk
* Aim to have zero defects/rejects/errors recorded against production.
* Adhere to WHS rules and regulations, and ensure prompt reporting of any near misses or accidents.
* Ensure a safe and tidy work environment at all times.
* Record all downtime and hardware quality issues in the handover register or notify the Production Manager.
* Include details of stock, job sheet, and production issues/concerns in the handover notebook, and notify peers and/or the Production Manager.
* Implement projects successfully, as assessed and reviewed by the Production Manager.
* Comply with all MUFG Pension & Market Services policies, core values, and procedures.
