Private Client Solicitor (4 - 6 PQE) sought for the Legal 500 ranked Private Client Department of a leading International law firm.
The Firm
Our client is a market leading International law firm with unmatched expertise in their field. The firm has supported some of the world's most remarkable people and organisations, having acted for a significant proportion of the top 100 UK 'Sunday Times Rich List'. The firm also advises government bodies, charities, global brands and start-ups of all shapes and sizes.
The Private Client department generates over half of the company's revenue, and is one of the largest Private Clients departments in the world. Clients range from multi-generational families, business owners, senior executives and investors across the globe, with offices in Europe, the US and Asia.
The Role
The successful Private Client Solicitor will cover a mixed caseload of domestic and international wealth planning, tax and trusts. Duties to include:
Providing UK personal tax advice for international and domestic families
Advising settlors, fiduciaries and beneficiaries in regard to the management and establishment of offshore projects
Managing client affairs profitably and effectively
Business development with domestic and international clients
Requirements
Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (4-6 PQE)
Previous Private Client experience including wealth structuring and tax advice
Experience working on large projects and transactions
