Production Operative
Location: MK41
Rate: £18.90 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Rolling Monthly Contract
Hours: 40 hours per week

We’re on the lookout for skilled Assembly Operatives to join our client’s team on a rolling monthly contract. If you have hands-on experience in mechanics, auto assembly, or transferable skills from similar fields, this is your chance to step into a dynamic production environment immediately!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Using basic tools for precision assembly
* Working to exact measurements and specifications
* Running electrical cables and connecting equipment
* Assisting with welding assembly (experience is a plus, but not essential)
* Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for top-tier quality & safety
* (Bonus) Interpreting CAD drawings to support production
What You Need:
* Experience in assembly, production, or vehicle fitting
* Confidence using basic tools & measurement techniques
* Knowledge of electrical installation (a plus, but not essential)
* Proactive mindset, keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn
