Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee multiple residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met.
* Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across developments.
* Implement and maintain robust health and safety standards across all sites.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and local authorities.
* Provide strategic input during pre-construction and planning phases.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in residential construction, ideally with design-and-build and timber kit projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction regulations and health and safety standards.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple sites and teams across a geographical area.
