If you want to join a forward thinking and high achieving organisation with the ambition to deliver outstanding care to every patient, and one which listens to and really cares for its staff; then I invite you to apply for one of these posts."
Main Duties of the Job
Child Health at HHFT supports you to access the Wessex Regional Preceptorship programmes provided for NQN staff working in either the paediatric or neonatal teams. These robust preceptorship programmes are accessed for your first 12 months in post, providing you with paediatric or neonatal focused education and training designed to support you in your transition from student to registrant. Further support is provided by the Clinical Practice Facilitators for your area and, where appropriate, support from the Trust's dedicated Preceptorship Team.
