To be eligible for this route and to apply you must have the following:
* A Bachelor’s degree in any subject of any class from any university except for a degree in Professional Policing. For example, a 2:2 BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Sheffield Hallam University or 2:1 BA (Hons) in History from University of Leicester.
* Hold a full UK manual driving licence.

Staffordshire Police is a diverse area with both rural and urban conurbations, serving over 1 million people.
We have a range of intakes, and candidates will be informed on which intake they would join following a successful selection process.
Please note: Annual leave dates are already set for the duration of the course; therefore, if you have any holidays or special occasions booked for 2025/2026, these may not be accommodated and could result in a delay of a start date. Please inform us of any dates at the point of an offer.
