Hiring Manager: Pippa Harper
We have an exciting opportunity for a Transactions Manager to join the team. This role involves managing the end-to-end transaction process for new lease acquisitions, renewals, disposals, regears, surrenders, and all other transactions as required.
* Mobilise local teams and initiate steps required for business decision making to complete timely acquisitions/disposals.
* Manage the engagement and supervision of brokers, landlords, lawyers, and other transaction-related professionals.
* Ability to read and mark up leases in line with Real Estate principles and Experian requirements.
* Liaise with Country Managers and local business representatives to understand and assist in defining business objectives.
* Work with the Finance team in the preparation of cash and P&L financial analysis, and preparing approval documentation for Exec approval.
* Responsible for maintaining live project tracking with the Project Workbook in coordination with the wider RE&W team.
* Liaise with the Project team for any required building due diligence, coordination of the build-out, and preparation of space in alignment with LL requirements, monitoring liabilities and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work in partnership with senior stakeholders.
* Previous experience in a similar role within a global organization.
* Preferably a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, or hold a relevant degree or qualification.
