Location: London, UK
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Full-Time, On-Site
Contract: Permanent

We’re looking for a charismatic, proactive, and client-focused Front of House to be the heartbeat of our serviced office space. You’ll set the tone from the moment guests walk in, ensuring a seamless experience while supporting marketing initiatives, events, and day-to-day operations.

Your Role at a Glance:
* First Impressions Matter – Be the welcoming face of our space, greeting clients and guests with professionalism and warmth.
* Client Experience Pro – Anticipate client needs, personalise interactions, and foster a positive community vibe.
* Operations & Facilities – Keep the space running smoothly, from managing bookings and post to maintaining a pristine, high-standard workspace.
* Marketing & Events – Support community-building initiatives, assist with content creation and occasionally attend after-hours events.
* Sales & Retention – Upsell services, promote meeting room bookings and contribute to high occupancy and client retention.
What We’re Looking For:
* Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
* Confidence in handling client requests with initiative and efficiency
* Detail-oriented, organised, and solution-driven
* Experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service (ideal but not essential)
