With multiple offices throughout the UK, they are continually expanding their presence in the consultancy industry. Job Description
This is a classic Senior wanting to make that step up or a fully fledged AD looking to take the next steps to director. Key responsibilities are project delivery and running a small team in the Nottingham Office. Client management and staff development are two key skills.
1. Project Leadership & Delivery:
o Oversee the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion.
o Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
o Lead project teams, including junior project managers and consultants.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships are maintained.
o Understand client needs, scope projects effectively, and manage expectations.
o Identify opportunities for additional work with existing clients.
3. Strategic Planning & Business Development:
o Contribute to business development efforts, including pitching for new projects, preparing proposals, and identifying growth opportunities within the consultancy.
o Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand the firm’s capabilities and market presence.
4. Resource & Financial Management:
o Manage project budgets, including forecasting, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
o Ensure profitability and financial health of projects while adhering to company policies.
5. Team Leadership & Mentorship:
o Provide leadership to project managers and other junior staff.
o Offer guidance and mentorship to help develop internal talent.
o Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within project teams.
The Successful Applicant
* You will need to have: RICS qualification.
* Client management skills.
* Staff development background – (This doesn’t have to be extensive as long as you are willing to learn and develop with support).
* Approximately five years of experience in the consultancy sector.
* Healthcare or Education experience would be great, but they will happily speak to people with experience in other sectors.

* Salary: £55,000 - £70,000
