Service Operations Manager
Up to £70,000 + Private Healthcare, Quarterly Bonus
Location: Solihull
My client is a leading manufacturer who has been operating at the highest of levels for almost 50 years. In the past 10 years, they have doubled their workforce and achieved year-on-year sustained growth, even during the pandemic. Due to this sustained success, they are looking to add a Service Operations Manager to their team. The position reports to the Director. This is a great opportunity for an individual who thrives in setting and achieving strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership & management to the field service, workshop, and service office teams.
* Deliver exceptional customer service leading to sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.
* Develop, enhance, and embed service processes and working methods.
* Oversee and improve team performance using business intelligence and feedback.
* Lead the service operation to achieve P&L.
* Lead and promote a positive safety culture throughout the team.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
* Senior level service management experience is required for this role.
* Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
* Demonstrable evidence of creating and embedding KPIs and objectives.
* Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
* Be an effective team player and actively contribute to our continual improvement culture.
* Computer literate including all MS Office Applications.
* Strong organisational, process, and project management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
