Role: Admin Assistant
Location: Berkshire, UK
Salary: up to £27,000
The Administrative Assistant will manage office operations and provide administrative support across various departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have a strong command of Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
What You’ll Do:
* Organize office documents and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
* Handle phone, email, and customer inquiries with professionalism.
* Assist with data entry, report preparation, and maintain spreadsheets in Excel.
* Support HR, marketing, and product teams with administrative tasks.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and ensure office supplies are stocked.
* Assist with special projects and additional duties as needed.
What You Need:
* Advanced Excel skills for creating and managing spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
