Job Title: Helpdesk Coordinator Location: Hybrid (Office-based with flexibility for later shifts) Salary: circa £27,000 per annum Employment Type: Full Time About the Role Were looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid working capacity. This is a people-first, customer-facing role ideal for someone with supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail, hospitality, or a call centre. Youll play a key part in ensuring the team is working efficiently, targets are being met, and blockers are resolved quickly. This is not a technical IT support role and does not involve working on IT tickets. Instead, youll be focused on coordination, performance management, and supporting a hardworking team to deliver excellent service. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets. Conduct regular check-ins with team members to identify any blockers or support needed. Monitor performance and ensure team members are working efficiently and diligently. Address issues proactively and escalate where necessary to ensure smooth operations. Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and upbeat manner. Ensure processes are followed accurately while looking for ways to improve them. Collaborate closely with other departments to maintain service standards. What Were Looking For Proven supervisory experience in a retail, hospitality, or call centre setting. Comfortable working later shifts as part of a hybrid schedule. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support others. Process-driven mindset with a high level of attention to detail. A natural problem solver who can think outside the box. Enthusiastic and upbeat personality with a proactive approach to work. Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
