Learning Support Assistant – What you will need:
1. A minimum 2:2 or higher degree
2. Good academic background is required (A-Levels & GCSEs)
3. Resilient and empathetic
4. Prior experience working with pupils/young people is highly desirable
5. Passionate about education and supporting disadvantaged students
6. Previous mentoring or tutoring experience is desirable
