Perform, interpret and report 12-lead ECGs, ambulatory Holter monitors, ambulatory BP monitors and event recorders Active involvement in the Implantable Loop Recorder follow up service, including analysis and reporting of data, and communication with patients on service use Lead and interpret exercise tolerance tests, physiologist and doctor led Patient monitoring, haemodynamic recording and reporting during diagnostic cardiac catheterisation CRM service- Training will be provided and assessments if required, with support for working towards accreditation then working independently. Provide technical assistance during cardiac implantable device implants ensuring patient safety and accurate documentation in accordance with BHRS guidelines and departmental standards. Assist senior colleagues in implantable device checks helping to maintain patient safety and ensuring optimal device function in accordance with BHRS guidelines. Invasive Cardiology Assist in Left and right heart catheterisation, PCI, PPCI, OCT, Rotablation, IVUS, Pressure Wires and CTOs. Pacemaker, CRT and ICD Implants and follow up of Loop Recorders and Brady pacemakers. Non-invasive Cardiology Independently perform ECG, Holter fitting, Ambulatory BP fitting, ETT, Tape Analysis, tilt table testing All candidates will be responsible for their own progression, maintaining and developing both personal and technical needs, through evidence of CPD activity and completion of mandatory training. Candidates must also be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with all staff necessary for the smooth running of the service.
