Ethical Hacker - Red Team - Contract - Hybrid in London/Cardiff
We are collaborating with a prominent cybersecurity organisation to hire an experienced Red Team Senior Manager. This role involves delivering top-tier attack simulation services aligned with CREST, The Cyber Scheme, and other industry standards, including CBEST, STAR-FS, and TIBER-EU.
About the Role
You'll be joining a team of experts from diverse backgrounds, including red teaming, software development, network administration, hardware testing, and reverse engineering. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on ethical hacking experience and technical leadership development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex client engagements using offensive security techniques to identify vulnerabilities within IT systems through realistic attack simulations.
* Conduct research to advance red team capabilities, including evasion techniques and novel attack strategies.
* Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies to enhance delivery capabilities.
* Collaborate with a world-class Threat Intelligence team to provide comprehensive solutions, addressing both the who and the how of potential threats.
* Partner with a development team to research and weaponize vulnerabilities and create methods for bypassing endpoint security.
* Mentor junior team members, sharing technical skills and industry experience to foster growth and expertise.
What You Will Bring:
* Proven experience in red teaming and cyber attack simulations.
* Strong knowledge of Azure AD, AWS, and Office 365.
* Practical experience in building, automating, and scaling red team infrastructure.
* Extensive knowledge of security testing requirements and methodologies.
