Job summary We are looking for a forward thinking individual to help us take the management of Health and Safety to the next level. Experience of Health and Safety in a Healthcare setting is important. The post holder will take the lead specialist role in health and safety and the provision of competent health and safety advice for the trust. The Health & Safety Lead is responsible for ensuring we have the correct processes and policies in place to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and guidance. The post holder will provide specialist support and advice to develop the work of the Quality and Standards team to ensure that all health and safety issues are appropriately reported and co-ordinated.
