Techunite LTD are recruiting for a customer focussed and technical Account Manager to join a successful IT company based near to Farnham. Playing a pivotal role in delivering customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Office based for the first 6 months followed by hybrid working after this. OTE £60,000 uncapped. This role will work very closely with the MD and the Technical Services Manager. Key Responsibilities: Build strong customer relationships and oversee the smooth delivery of IT services Identify opportunities for additional services and present tailored solutions to meet customer needs - upselling and cross-selling Client engagement - Visit client meetings across London/South east to provide hands on support and strategy Guide clients in achieving certficiations like Cyber Essentials and align their IT with best practises (ITIL) Reconcile billing against usage, handle basic invoice queries and ensure all services align with customer expectations Key experience and skills considered: A customer centric outlook with proven account management or consultancy experience Knowledge of IT services (e.g., ITIL, Cyber Essentials) is a strong advantage Consultative approach to solving client challenges and uncovering opportunities Excellent communication and organizational skills A valid driving license (for client visits) and the ability to work hybrid after initial onboarding Perks and Benefits: £35K Basic OTE of £60k Hybrid working after 6 months Pension Beverage allowance Personal tech budget Paid sick days and Christmas bonus Join a supportive and inclusive team where you can be your authentic self
