Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Onboarding Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires by managing key pre-onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Initiate and coordinate background checks for incoming candidates.
* Manage and facilitate the relocation process for new hires.
* Oversee immigration processes to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding.
* Confirm and set start dates in iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System).
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or a related field.
* Familiarity with iCIMS or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
