Are you passionate about delivering 5-star customer service? Our client is looking for a Property Coordinator to join the front-of-house team at a prestigious residential development in Leeds. This is a varied and dynamic role where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the building while providing an outstanding experience for residents.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist in the lettings process, from acceptance to move-in
* Provide a professional meet-and-greet service for residents and visitors
* Handle reception duties, parcel management, and property inspections
* Manage and coordinate resident bookings for amenity spaces and cleaning services
* Liaise with and book contractors to ensure building maintenance is carried out efficiently
* Deliver high-quality front and back-of-house services
* Adapt to a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent IT skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
* A calm and professional approach in a busy, fast-changing environment
This role operates on a three-week rolling shift pattern, including one Saturday in every three.
