About the Team:
We're a dedicated team specializing in multi-market digital campaigns for Paramount across their key business lines. Our primary focus is theatrical movie releases, crafting innovative strategies to amplify each film's reach and impact. We also periodically manage social campaigns for Nickelodeon and MTV, extending our expertise across the Paramount brand portfolio. We thrive on developing cutting-edge media, content, and partnership solutions that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of Paramount's marketing efforts.
Collaborating closely with a diverse range of partners is crucial to our success. We work hand-in-hand with media partners, leveraging their expertise and platforms to reach target audiences. Internally, we collaborate with Wavemaker Ad Ops to ensure seamless campaign execution and with our colleagues in Los Angeles to maintain a global perspective and alignment. From initial planning through final execution, we are a key part of the entire campaign lifecycle, ensuring impactful, innovative and efficient results for each title.
About the Role:
As a key member of the team, you will plan and execute digital campaigns, focusing on:
1. Creative Ideation: Developing innovative ideas for client briefs, contributing to brainstorms, and pushing for bigger thinking.
2. Partner Management: Evaluating partner proposals (qualitatively and quantitatively), formulating strategic recommendations, creating and owning media plans, and overseeing campaign execution from start to finish; ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
3. Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipating and mitigating potential campaign delays or pacing issues, leveraging learnings from previous activations.
4. Campaign Delivery: Ensuring timely and complete campaign delivery within our flighting windows, crucial for movie box office measurement.
5. Implementation & Tracking: Overseeing campaign setup, collaborating with partners to maximize tracking capabilities through ad serving and verification platforms. Working with Ad Ops to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tags and creative specs.
6. Financial Management: Managing the financial booking process, ensuring timely reconciliation, billing, and payment. Troubleshooting finance-related queries.
7. Team Collaboration: Working closely with the Account Director and Account Executive to ensure efficient, high-quality output, including planning, client liaison, and execution of social campaigns for Nickelodeon and MTV. Becoming a key client contact for these campaigns.
About You:
1. Passionate about the entertainment industry, particularly movies.
2. Experienced in digital media campaign planning and execution, with a strong understanding of media activation (planning and buying).
3. Proactive, ensuring timely and accurate progress across multiple workstreams.
4. Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
5. Reliable and able to take ownership, engaging resources and coordinating outputs effectively.
6. A 'can-do' team player, thriving in a dynamic environment and delivering on complex/fast-turnaround projects.
7. International marketing experience and knowledge of the global partner landscape preferred.
8. Understanding and appreciation of social media platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok) and their strategic application for clients.
Technical Skills:
1. Project management experience is necessary.
2. Strong MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Problem solving and logical thinking.
4. Firm understanding of the planning, buying and implementation processes for digital media campaigns.
5. Previous experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager would be beneficial but not required.
