With a strong growth trajectory and plans to reach £150 million in sales revenue by 2025, this company operates in a competitive global market, conducting acquisitions and exports in over 50 countries worldwide, spanning EMEA, APAC, and NA.
What You'll Do:
As an Application Testing Support Person, your role is pivotal in supporting business growth. You will focus on testing, documenting, and training for in-house applications and websites to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, and user experience. Working closely with developers and users, your responsibilities include:
* Conducting unit testing, full end-to-end pre-release UAT testing, and regression testing.
* Creating application documentation and testing reports.
* Managing the change and issue logging system.
* Providing training and delivering first-line support to end users.
Key Skills:
* Solid experience in developing and deploying structured application testing methodology.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal communication.
* BSc Hons in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent with at least 3 years' relevant experience.
* Friendly, confident, and articulate at all levels.
