Accounts Assistant | £28,000-30,000 (part time considered) | Capenhurst, Chester
A small but brilliant company based in Capenhurst is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join an established team.
Part of a team of 2, you will as Accounts Assistant be responsible for:
* All financial administration of the business with regard to invoicing, payroll and purchasing
* Processing all payroll tasks a monthly basis for nearly 70 employees, using Sage Payroll
* Supporting sales administration through raising of sales invoices and credit control
* Processing supplier invoices and coding on to Sage
* Bank reconciliations
* Processing expenses
* Online banking and production of monthly payment runs
* Preparing reports for invoicing, stock levels
* Supporting with financial year end audits
We are looking for someone who has:
* Solid experience working in a similar finance role
* Knowledge of payables/receivables and payroll
* Sage experience is advantageous
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Good team player
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
